Concerning the “Dialogues on Education”, on the 5th of February, Friday, at 9:30 a.m. in APEL auditorium, another session took place with Professor Domingos Fernandes – Fundamentals and Challenges of Evaluation.

Domingos Fernandes is a Professor in the Education Institute, Lisbon University. He is involved in several research projects (educational evaluation) and he is the author of many books, book chapters and articles in specialty magazines.
