Parents, teachers and school staff from Nazaré lower primary school (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades) with pre-school and nursery will meet today, about 6.00 p.m.
The meeting brings the school principal, the school delegate of lower primary school (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades) of Funchal and the director of the Regional Inspectorate of Education, Jorge Morgado.
The topic is: the implementation of the learning development activity, in the framework of school monitoring program as an educational organization.
This activity is part of the education plans of the XII Regional Government of Madeira – development of actions that promote the quality of schools.
The objectives of the activity are associated to the improvement of teaching practices, knowledge of how the school plans, implements and evaluates learning and also how it adopts and evaluates the measures of the learning improvement.
The parents’ participation has a lot of value, because it brings information about the development of students` learning.
The sharing of information between parents, teachers and school staff is important to achieve improvements in the development of children.
