OBJECTIVES:
•To produce relevant knowledge within the scope of the internal control system of human resources, notably working hours, their modalities, formalities and authorizations, for decision-making;
•To identify situations that may eventually produce deviations from what is legally provided for;
•To assess the adequacy and reasonableness of the procedures adopted, especially by those responsible for education and teaching establishments;
•To analyze the internal control system in the management of human resources (non-teaching workers) of the Integrated Basic Schools of the Public Network of the RAM, focusing on aspects such as duration, working hours and respective modalities;
•To audit the calculation of remunerations.
