The L model was specifically a luxury version, with a pressed steel frame and a leading-link suspension, with a rear swingarm suspension. 83,380 Quickly L units were manufactured between 1956 and 1961.
This example was purchased in Madeira and still retains its municipal registration from 1957. This motorcycle holds the characteristic of being the first in my collection to undergo restoration. It was awarded “Best of Show” at the first Reids Palace Motor Show in 2012.
